Our general contact form collects your name, email address and message. Job applications may include your contact details, résumé, portfolio and information you choose to provide about your experience.

How We Use It

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand the work you are considering, discuss relevant services, or assess your application. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages or create an agreement for services.

Who Handles It

Enquiries stay within EME. We do not automatically refer your details to other Greenwood Group companies. Service providers supporting our website and email may process information on our behalf. Our website enquiry delivery uses WordPress on Hostinger, MailChannels for mail delivery, and Google-hosted email. Access within EME is limited to people who need the information for the relevant enquiry or recruitment process.

How Long We Keep It

If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, related records are handled under the engagement and applicable business-record requirements. Information may need to be retained longer where required by law or to address a dispute.

Website Operation

These pages do not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Temporary hashed network identifiers and submission tokens help prevent automated abuse and repeated submissions. These security records expire and are cleared by scheduled maintenance. Website hosting, security and email systems may process technical information needed to operate and protect their services. Links to external websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy practices.
