The Marketing & Client Services Manager is responsible for leading client-facing marketing delivery across EME Marketing & Communications. The role ensures that all client work is strategically sound, professionally executed and delivered to a consistently high standard. This position provides senior oversight of client accounts, marketing execution and delivery systems, working closely with account teams to ensure clarity, accountability and strong client outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Client Leadership
⦁ Serve as the senior lead for assigned client accounts
⦁ Develops and oversees integrated marketing strategies for client accounts.
⦁ Leads client engagements and status meetings
⦁ Provides marketing guidance and oversight across campaigns, content and activations
⦁ Ensures client work aligns with agreed objectives, brand standards, and timelines
⦁ Identifies opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand scope
Account Oversight & Team Management
⦁ Oversees department and ensures consistent performance across accounts
⦁ Ensures briefs are clearly defined, communicated and executed to standard
⦁ Monitors workloads, prioritization and timelines across accounts
⦁ Addresses performance gaps and enforce accountability where required
⦁ Supports development and guidance of team
Client Operations & Delivery Systems
⦁ Maintains visibility across all active accounts, projects and deadlines
⦁ Ensures client delivery processes and tools are used consistently
⦁ Coordinates resourcing to support efficient execution
⦁ Identifies gaps or inefficiencies in delivery and recommend improvements
Commercial & Strategic Support
⦁ Supports onboarding of new clients
⦁ Contributes to client retention and account growth
⦁ Translates business objectives into measurable growth outcomes.

Education
⦁ Bachelor’s degree and/or Professional Certifications in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related discipline
Required Experience & Competencies
⦁ 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, project management, or agency-side client services
⦁ Minimum 2 years in a management role, with direct responsibility for:

⦁ Translating business objectives into measurable growth outcomes.
⦁ Managing people, workflows and timelines
⦁ Experience managing marketing and brand development projects and their execution in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
