Expected Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies ie: Opening & Closing procedure, Telephone & Email Protocol, Office Maintenance etc
- Act as a point of contact with Clients, Service Providers and Company partners and participates in meetings with various teams if required
- Manage calendars/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
- Manage client bookings and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records, reports and databases with client projects, personnel, financial and other data
- Track stock and inventory of company supplies and place orders
- Assist colleagues with client projects whenever necessary on and off premise
- Identify opportunities for continued company growth and awareness by pursuing opportunities to educate the general public and existing and potential clients on company services
- Robust knowledge of reporting and analytics to measure effectiveness of content while providing insight and recommendations.
